Policies & House Rules
While our number one rule is to have fun and relax, we have some policies to help you, us, and future guests have an enjoyable stay. Here are a few things you need to know.
House rules:
No smoking or vaping inside or cigarette butts left outside- $100 fine can be applied for not adhering.
Not suitable for pets- Special requests must be pre-approved.
No parties are allowed. You may have local friends/relatives visit during the day with prior approval- $250 fine can be applied for not adhering.
Check-in time is 3 PM - 10 PM
Check out by 11 AM- $50 fine for every 30min past check out time.
You must also acknowledge:
Our pets live on property - our rabbits, T-Rex and Teddy, live in the screened patio area attached to Emerald House, and our cat, T’Challa, lives in our private quarters in Emerald House.
Amenity limitations
Potential for noise - Located only 1 mile from Exit 250 on I-75, traffic noise can be audible.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $100.
Some spaces are shared - Living, kitchen, dining, bathrooms, and patios are shared as in a typical B&B in Emerald House.
Cancellations:
We understand things can come up and are flexible with cancellations.
For A Room Reservation:
Cancel up to more than 5 days before check in and get a full refund.
Cancel less than 5 days before check in and get a refund for the first night.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before check in, you will be charged the full price.
Retreat Reservation Policy for Riverbend Retreats-
Deposits:
• Non-refundable
• Applied towards your final paymentFinal Payments:
• Due one month before the retreat start date
